How to get a refund
Pauseidon is sold through Paddle, which handles orders and refunds as the merchant of record. Within 30 days of buying, either:
- use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or
- email support@pauseidon.com with the email address you bought with, and I’ll arrange it.
The refund goes back to the way you paid. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card, usually a few business days.
What happens to your licence
A refund ends your licence, so Pauseidon stops working as a bought copy. You’re welcome to buy it again later.
After 30 days, or anything unusual
If it’s been longer than 30 days, you were charged twice, or you don’t recognise a charge, email me anyway and I’ll sort it out. Charges show on your statement under Paddle’s name, since Paddle is the seller. None of this limits any right to cancel or get a refund that you have under the law where you live, or under Paddle’s buyer terms.
